In 2022, Link-age Connect conducted a number of pulse surveys on various topics important to older adults and the organizations that serve them.

Link-age Connect conducted its first survey of how older adults use technology in 2011. A follow-up survey was completed in 2016. In 2019, Connect updated the Study to include newer technologies. We surveyed over 1100 older adults, age 55 to 100, to learn how they obtain and use technology. Below, are links to each of the three reports:

In March of 2013, Link-age Connect partnered with Aging in
Place Technology Watch to survey over 1100 older adults, age 55 to 100+, to
learn more about how they obtain and use Personal Emergency Response Systems (PERS Devices). The following report details the findings from the Study and also provides useful insights into how older adults really feel about these devices:
